Gluten Free 3 Ingredient Sausage Balls

Ingredients

uncooked breakfast sausage
1
cup
almond flour
1
cup
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees°
Spray a broiler pan, or a cooling rack on top of a rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray. Place all 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix together with hands. Shape mixture into one inch balls and place on pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
